not too shabby

Yesterday was one of the best days I've had in like 2 weeks. I slept in, we got a new old car which I love with all my heart, washed the new old car, got a twist ice cream cone from Macey's, got a homecoming dress, played at Nicole's house, got a picture of a New York license plate, watched cool stuff on food network, and did zero homework. Not bad at all. I can feel fall coming on. I'm excited; I am a big supporter of fall/winter clothes. One of the only things I don't like about fall is how yucky our yard looks. On friday, my mom pruned all the bushes, so our once-exotic yard now looks like a barren wasteland. I'm not really a fan of brown grass. It's ok, the coats, jackets, sweaters, and scarves make up for it.
