i'm just throwing this out into the www.

is anyone happy with what they are studying/studied at college? what would you go back and major/minor in if you could?

answer if you want. i'd love to hear some honest answers about this.

hbd great grandma sumsion

my great grandma was born 100 years ago today. her name was margaret.

my mom tells me she thinks this picture is from her's and my great grandpa's wedding day.

i remember visiting them at their red brick house in provo.

she had a laundry chute which i thought was pretty much the coolest invention ever.

she also had a fancy scarf thing made out of a real fox. 

and i remember when we would go see her in her last years, 

after her husband had already passed away.

she loved it when we came to show her our ballet costumes before our recitals,

even though she could only see out of the corners of her eyes by then.

what a sweet woman. i'm excited to know her better one day.
