and here's what 19 looks like

january 15th is the best day for a birthday, i think. it's always on or near a 3-day weekend. this birthday was a good one. i got a bunch of great stuff. and i had a sweet one-minute dance party to mr. brightside at 1:51pm (my actual time of birth). and i got to hang out with all my favorite people. 19 is going to be cool.

tuesdays with jessie

i am going to love my tuesdays this semester. i sleep in, go to devotional, go to lunch with dad and kylie, work a little bit (maybe a lot bit), and go to one class (my FAVORITE class).

this particular tuesday:

lunch with dad and kylie: blimpie. they know how to build a good sandwich.

my FAVORITE class: humanities. the pictures in my textbook look like that instead of pictures of dissected pigs. and today we talked about michelangelo. love.

work: the show has been taking over my life this week. that happens from time to time. but someone has to edit that stuff.

ballet bun: do you ever wonder what your hairdo has looked like all day? i do.

college, semester two

cade sent me this picture during my nap today and it made me laugh. i've been friends with these babes since junior high and pretty soon they'll both be gone on their missions. carazy. love those guys.

here's to a new semester. i think it'll be good.

even though 100% of my classes are GEs. freshman, yo.

the oracle of bacon

is pretty funny.

you type in any actor's name, and it will tell you how many degrees away they are from kevin bacon through movies. apparently every actor is no more than six degrees away, but i typed in names for like half an hour and didn't get one that was more than three degrees away (even charlie chaplin has a bacon number of three).

the break

january 2nd. and we ate outside at in-n-out.

danny wishes there was snow. just look at his face.

this break consisted of sleeping in way too late, eating many cheeseburgers and brownies, playing hundreds of board games, hanging out with danny every day, listening to about today over and over, watching 30 rock, losing every game of "hanging with friends", winning every game of "words with friends", not doing any homework (or working on my film major application, yikes), and quoting bad lip reading videos.
